The small company of Filotea, located in the heart of the Marche, was born from the desire to make pasta as it was once made. This artisanal process, in constant search of the most authentic taste, is essential to obtain a unique product, with extraordinary characteristics of lightness and digestibility.
The selection of flour, the careful choice of durum wheat semolina and the freshest eggs are our way of believing that Italian tradition is a value to be carried forward every day with ever new passion.

An artisanal product that smells of genuine ingredients, that tastes of Sunday lunches, of sharing, of "the expert hands of grandmothers" that intertwine with the laughter of children who observe with curiosity.


Pasta Vittoria is produced in Castelfranco Veneto by master pasta makers and is 100% gluten-free and natural.
Processed according to the artisan method, it is made with only pure water and fine flours. The bronze drawing and slow drying make the surface of the pasta rough and porous, making it suitable for any type of sauce.


Maidea was born from the belief that there is only one way to make pasta: make it well.

The great Abruzzo pasta tradition inspired us to create a product designed for the contemporary world, attentive to the needs of those who cannot or do not want to include gluten in their diet and at the same time want to eat a “real” pasta. This translates into a very short list of ingredients, exclusively Italian flours and water from Sorgente del Verde, a production process from which we obtain an excellent gluten-free pasta and a completely recyclable packaging that we deliver into the hands of our consumers who are increasingly attentive, like us, to the well-being of the environment.
