The great pasta tradition of Abruzzo has inspired us to create a product designed for the contemporary world, attentive to the needs of those who cannot or do not want to include gluten in their diet and at the same time want to eat a “real” pasta.
This translates into a very short list of ingredients, exclusively Italian flours and water from Sorgente del Verde, a production process from which we obtain an excellent gluten-free pasta and a completely recyclable packaging that we deliver into the hands of our consumers who are increasingly attentive, like us, to the well-being of the environment.
