Technical knowledge and commercial expertise are two complementary souls of Carlo Dalla Rosa and Nancy D’Aiuto, who over time, combining passion and the desire to get involved, have created the Royal Food company.
Their method: craftsmanship, meticulousness and continuous monitoring. A process that combines the wisdom of artisans with scientific and technological knowledge, respecting the well-being of sturgeon and environmental sustainability, to guarantee caviar of unparalleled quality. Royal Food and its high-quality products are the result of 30 years of experience of professionals who, with sacrifice and passion, have refined, among the first in the world, the production of sturgeon in captivity. The sturgeons are raised in a farm called Acipenser srl, a significant reality in the province of Brescia in Calvisano, an important national production hub that helps give Italy the status of leader in caviar production in the world (over 60 tons). The plant, directed by Carlo Dalla Rosa, one of the greatest experts in sturgeon farming in Italy and abroad, extends over a surface area of ​​over 10 hectares, for a total length of over a kilometer and contains more than 80 tanks of various sizes.
