The small company of Filotea, located in the heart of the Marche, was born from the desire to make pasta as it was once made. This artisanal process, in constant search of the most authentic taste, is essential to obtain a unique product, with extraordinary characteristics of lightness and digestibility.
In addition to the production of pasta, Filotea also deals with tomatoes and traditional Italian sauces that go very well with the porosity of the pasta.
