Return & Refund Policy

Dear customers, thank you for choosing Bonalumi Fam food products, we hope that the experience with our shop and the services we offer have satisfied you. 

However, if at the time of opening your order there are any problems regarding the integrity of our products, do not hesitate to contact us to request information. 

If you are looking for guidance regarding our return/refund policy, you are on the correct page

RETURNS

In the circumstance that the products you have received are not intact (such as the vacuum package is damaged and therefore has opened / the paper bags or glass jars containing the food have broken) you must send the photos to our email info@bonalumifamfood.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

All returns must be shipped within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery notification with original packaging and labels and unused.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, the client must email customer service with test photos to info@bonalumifamfood.com to verify the eligibility of the goods for return and will then receive a return authorization number. After receiving this identification number with the appropriate label, the items must be safely placed in the original packaging with the order confirmation with the list of products received by email at the time of purchase.

The return shipping costs will be paid by Bonalumi Fam and customers will have to use the label provided for this purpose.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and checking and verifying the condition of the item, we will process the return (the days required for the return to be credited may also vary depending on the credit card company) or replacement of the goods. It will take at least 10-15 days from receipt of the item(s) to process the return or exchange and customers will be notified by email when the transaction is processed.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned 

If the return or exchange request is not made within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, it will no longer be possible to start the procedure.
