Cetara is an ancient fishing village on the Amalfi Coast, a UNESCO heritage site where the economy of the town was entirely based on fishing and processing of the fish.

Acquapazza Gourmet is a small artisan company, founded in the historic center of Cetara, by three partners united by their passion for the tradition linked to seafood and in particular to colatura. Acquapazza's anchovy colatura, unlike other types of colatura, is produced according to ancient and traditional methods in small and precious quantities. This is a product that brings all the flavor and tradition of Catania to the table.

Colimena Tuna is the result of a traditional processing method, perfected to offer a product of excellence every day.
The rediscovered soul of the ancient Torre Colimena tuna fishery in a unique product that is knowledge of the territory, of the Salento gastronomic tradition and of the richness of the Ionian Sea. The products are filleted by hand and are also packaged by hand, the tuna is cooked in a bath of fragrant herbs, white vinegar and lemon. A gentle method that leaves the meat with a full and genuine flavor.
